Toshiba and Pansonic tried LCoS on a few models this year. Unfortunately production problems (in China I believe) have forced them to stop selling these units.

Although the PQ was excellent, it doesn't sound as though it's ready for release yet - a couple of people on this forum bought the very expensive Toshiba LCoS.
