I was just out today going to purchase a Tivo.When I got to the store and located them.I was bothered that on the back panel,it didnt have component inputs/outputs.In my gear all I have running my system is all component.Why would they do this???? I refuse to go back to composit.No Way!!! Does anyone know of a machine that has component in the back?

it has been a bit dissapointing how long it's taken TIVO to get their HD DVRs to market. The Direct TV-HDDVR is set to be available in late 1Q or early 2Q. If you have DTV, it looks like the bomb. Think it has 2 tuner recording and can record something like 20 or 40 hours of HD! See TIVO for more information.
I haven't read anything regarding their standalone HD DVRs. I wouldn't expect to see component inputs until their boxes are HD compatible.
