Marantz DL5500 for $6000

Just been given a chance to buy a Marantz Dl 5500 DLP 55" HDTV for $6000. Has anyone seen this TV? I live in Dallas and nobody carries them. The regular retail is $15000. It's a reputable dealer who is authorized to sell Marantz. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
