KV36HS500 DVI working?

Got a KV36HS500 and Pioneer 3510HD Cable box. Connected the cable box to the set's DVI input and got NO picture. Using the analog component connection works fine.

Anybody have success with this cable box on this set via DVI?

Could my DVI input be bad?

Some cable companies have not yet activated the DVI port on their cable STBs, although I believe they must do so by April.

You could call technical support at your cable company and see if DVI is "active". It may take a bit to find someone in the know.
