Tuner with Component In

I am looking for an HDTV tuner that also supports Component Video In. This will allow me to switch my inputs between TV and my Component In. Obviously, I need a Component Out to the TV. My problem is that I have 2 sets of Component In jacks on the back of my TV. If I add the HDTV tuner, than I am out of Component In to accept the tuner.
