Anybody from New York City can point me in the right dirrection on were to find good HD signals on display models in stores.

It would be hard enough to do that in the entire US let alone NYC.
NYC is one of the hardest places to get an over the air signal in the country.
Stores do not want to show a signal that can have dropouts. They would prefer to show video they can control from a harddrive.
After all they are not selling the transmission they are selling the HDTV monitor. Whether it works or not is your problem.
A NYC high end electronics store actively discouraged me from buying an OTA HDTV receiver and when I persisted told me that they would not guarantee that it would work and would not take it back.

Hi, Rob so the 3D signal I so from P.C Richard was coming from a hardrive (recorded) wow then thats what I meant. Where can I find good display quality in the display HD's

I am not saying they didn't have OTA HDTV. I just doubt it. I have never seen a store with a live OTA signal. No one is even advertising the possibility of OTA reception in the US that I know of.
