Does anybody know how the HD coverage of the Masters will be? I did'nt have HD last year so I'm just curious. I wish they would broadcast golf in HD more often.

I can't wait to see Golf in HD for the 1st time. And the MASTERS, even better. I have also heard rumors that the PGA is talking about all its schedule in HD. Don't know what the time table is on that, but the MASTERS will suffice for now.

Captian Cold Beer (kevinw) has the answer this question over on the CBS programming board.
The president of my local CBS network (Roanoke, Virginia) has informed us that they will carry Thursday and Friday's rounds in HD even though USA has these two days. Something about as long as they carry regular programming on cable, CBS is letting them carry the HD feed.
During last weekends basketball I had three games to choose from at any one time. This guy is a big fan of HD and gets us whatever he can. Sweet!!:bow:

I wish my local CBS was going to broadcast the thursday and Friday rounds in HD. I would have to take those days off work, so it's probably better they don't.
