I am having trouble connecting my receiver to the tv with the RGB/VGA port, The Image appears moved to the right displaying a single black bar on the left side of the screen.
The TV has the option to change the position of the screen as computer monitor do, but it doesnt give me the enoght option to move it all the way to the left, leaving a couple inches of the black space.
and by the way, when I connected my computer to my tv it works fine and it doenst displays it moved.
Any help will be appreciated.

Have you tried using the Component or DVI outputs from your receiver to the TV? I would give that a try and see it how it looks.

I did tried that and the composite works fine!

How about connecting a DVD player to the component or DVI input of the TV, does that look good ?
Have you tried exchanging the STB ? Thats easier to exchange than the TV.
