We just got a xbox and were wondering which game would be the best to rent to show off native 16:9 480p capabilities of the xbox? Not interested in good gameplay or anything just graphics quality (16:9 480p)

im not sure if these games support widescreen but they definately show off 480p.
- Gunvalkryie
- Enclave
- Shrek
- Halo (duh.)
- Rallisport Racing
these games are all jaw dropping gorgeous. Especially the harbour level in Enclave, best. water. ever.

NFL Fever 2003 on the back of the box says it is an HDTV game.
I think the graphics look great on that!
Simpsons Road rage looks good too.
I've noticed on my SONY 34XBR800 that cartoons on the
analog channels look really good- I think that's why simpsons road rage looks good ( like a 3d cartoon)

the best xbox game to enjoy HDTV is Street Hoops
Is the only one by now that supports 720p

I haven't seen other games mentioned, but Dead or Alive 3 is in 480p, and the ending movies look very nice, especially Hayabusa's.
Be careful if you're using a projection TV, though. The ammunition indicator from Halo burned into my TV.
