I have a OTA in my attic that goes directly into my internal Mitsu. HDTV turner. Q; Can I split the signal and have one drop go into the HDTV port and the other drop into Ant B to get off air channels? Do HDTV bow antenaes pick up non digital signals?

Yes...you can split a coaxial signal for an OTA antenna. using a "2-way" splitter you will incur a 3.5dB loss on each side.
Now...
Can you elaborate on the "HDTV port"?
Bow-tie antennas are for UHF signals (channels 14-69). UHF is UHF whether it's analog or digital. There is no such thing as an HDTV antenna.
If you want to pick up OTA signals (digital or analog.. 2-13), you will need a VHF antenna to compliment your UHF antenna or install a 'combination' VHF/UHF antenna.
