OTA antenna w/power lines

I'm going to be getting a antenna for OTA when I get my HD Tivo. What I'm concerned about is I have High Tension power lines about 150 to 200 yards away running perpendicular to the location of my OTA stations. The towers are around 20+/- miles away. These are the BIG power lines with the metal towers.

They seam far enough away that they won't be a problem...but what do I know.
