Hello everyone!

I am new to HDTV and consequently, even after searching this forum, have what is probably a newbie question.

I recently purchased a new Sony 34" 16:9 HDTV-ready set with a DVI connection as well as the Samsung/Directv sir-t160 receiver that has a DVI output. I now need a DVI cable. I've searched online for the cables and have found there are multiple flavors of DVI and not having either piece of equipment delivered yet and the Sony and Smasung sites not listing the exact specifications, I am not quite sure what type of DVI cable to purchase. If someone could kindly tell me which DVI cable to purchase (DVI-? single/dual, etc), it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
