Need help ID an Old RCA DSS direct TV box

I used to have a very old RCA Direct TV converter with a RGB HDTV output. Box went bad before I ever bought a HDTV to try it out. But I was wondering if any one here might have that RCA box? And does the HDTV output work. The box was bought back in 92, I think but not sure.

Any info would be great!
Thank you.
