PC Richard's in NYC area: Can U Haggle????
For those of you in the New York Tri-state area who get excited when it's time to haggle for a new purchase, try PC Richard's and Son electronic stores. The sales guys are pretty "sharky" but man, do they go rock bottom. My wife and I didn't buy our Sony LCD Wega 50" at Best Buy because prices were fixed. (unless you had an ad of a competitor). So, CC and BB had their lowest price for the KDF50WE655 Sony LCD at 2,599. Not too bad. Well...we went to PC Richards and got our TV for $2,300!!!!!! The salespeople know their stuff and work on commission...but beware..some can be a little pushy. But if you like to haggle, give them a try!
Good luck! |

Did you also get the extended service plan??
That is where they tend to make up the price difference. Last edited by aweaver : 02-07-2005 at 06:21 PM. |

We ended up getting the extended plan because we had saved so much.
But it was completely optional. We weren't forced to get it so they still had the lowest price. |

I just bought the same TV from Circuit City for $2294 with a little haggling and 12mth not interest.
Couldn't be happier now. |
