Questions on calibration

I bought my 57hw40 at sears. They offer calibration of the set. Has anyone let sears calibrate their sony? Do they know what they are doing? How long should it take? I talked to sears today, and the guy said it would take like 20 min., and that seems too quick for a good job.

any help would be great!

thanks,
auk70

Not sure but think..

That more than likely its what they would consider a maintenace thing..If you read in the other threads, you will see that you pay big bucks..300-1000.00 for that, but the most important part, is it takes a least a couple of hours from what i have read...
Look around..
I will also look for the thread for you and pm you..
Take care and congrats on ur new set...
:p
