Advent Q2435A no picture
I have a 27" Advent (Q2435A) that has sound but no picture what so ever. The menu keys show up but no actual tv picture. Anyone have any ideas? I have been reading horrible reviews about this tv. I'm worried that it will be more expensive to fix than it's worth. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Can you tell us what's connected to it?
cable box satellite Antenna DVD VCR does it happen on all inputs? How old is the TV? Is it under warranty? When did it "stop" producing a picture. Are you sure that whatever is providing the signal is not "bad"?

It's hooked up to the regular cable outlet in the wall. It was manufactured in July 2003. The outlet is fine. We have a smaller tv hooked to it now. We have tried the tv on other outlets with no results.

It stopped producing picture about 2 weeks ago.

Do you have a DVD player or VCR connected? Same results?
