Westinghouse HDTV 1080i to 1080p

Well guys, I cannot find the information on the Westinghouse site to indicate if the TV will upgrade a 1080i signal to 1080p. I'm looking at this unit for the up coming XBOX 360 and the XBOX 360 has 720p AND 1080i output but not the 1080p that the Westinghouse LVM37w1u has.

It will upconvert both the 720p and 1080i signal to 1080p! I was thinking of buying it myself at a local BB! It really looked nice from the instore demo! If I remember correctly I think the only problem it had was it did not have a hdmi, only dvi input and component! Someone correct me on this, if I wrong!
