Monster Line/Power Conditioner-HTS2000

I have the Monster HTS2000 Line/Power conditioner... I have NOT hooked it up to my receiver yet and I'm just using if to condition the incoming Power. Has anyone used it to condition the incoming directv video signal? Does it really help? I know it SUPPOSED to help clean up the incoming AC power, but how about video signal?

Thanks!
