Sharp DLP Projector
Sharp has two DLP based projectors. Both look very impressive with 1280x720 resolution. Check it out, www.sharp-usa.com (xv-z10000u) 2500:1 contrast ratio with 1100 lumens. Looks like this is possibly the leader in projectors for now...thanks to TI's DLP technology. DLP has contrast to rival a plasma, and somewhat impressive brightness.

Watch out for the light bulb
I also love my Sharp 9000, but the light bulb (lamp) blew up afetr only 600 hours, and I found it on the internet for "only" $450.00. Quality does not come cheap.
