No Warranty Service from Advent
My 30" Advent tv quit working one morning in early December, I called "Customer Service" to get some sort of repair. I have called back multiple times, yet I can't seem to get any kind of answer on when my TV will be repaired. I am getting extremely frustrated by the fact my tv is less than 10 months old and I cannot get it fixed! Why can't I get a straight answer about my TV? My TV only displays a bright horizontal line in the middle of the screen.

They use a 3rd party for warranty service (PWW). All you can do is be persistent...
Did you buy the TV from Best Buy? Here's an article: http://www.post-gazette.com/interac...ndich0320p1.asp Plenty of gripes here: http://www.seebs.net/log/archives/000174.html

Still no help from Advent
I have call and harrased them for nearly a month and still no one can tell me when or where my tv will be repaired. I live in Wyoming and there is no Advent service center for a few hundred miles. I don't know what else to do. Should I just give up and find a tv repair shop on my own, and pay them to fix it?
