Advent HD3061A menu displays have disappeared

Right in front of my eyes, the menus disappeared. All of the menu displays are gone. The standard ones(AV, menu) and the service menus are all gone. Everything is still accessible, provided you remember where it was and count the keystrokes, but this is ridiuculous. Has anyone had this problem, or does anyone have any idea what can be done to fix it?
Thanks,
James

Have you tried unplugging the TV for a few minutes?

Talking

It figures that moments after I post the question, I find the answer. Maybe this will help someone else. It appears that the problem was the video settings on the service menu were too far out of whack. Once I manually reset them to the default values (which doesn't happen when using the service menu reset (press and hold mute button.)) Anyway, once the settings were closer to the defaults the menus returned. Huge thanks to marintelecom for posting the values.

You already have the default settings.

Now all you need to is adjust each one to your satisfaction.

As always recommended, if you had written down the setting "prior" to making changes, you have have had a template to revert to in the event of a 'foul up'.

If you're fortunate enough to find another forum member that has this particular make/model TV, using their settings may not make your TV "perfect" as no two TV's use the same values when it leaves the factory.

Good luck.
