Question OTA Advice Needed

Looking for a way to boost my OTA signal strength
Any suggestions? good signal amplifiers, etc.

Here's my current situation:

I am 29 miles from the transmitters in Philadelphia
Installed a Radio Shack VU-120XR antenna in the attic.
Used antennaweb.org to get the exact compass orientation... what a great site

CBS ch. 26 (or 3-1) strength 88 Trans. power 770 kW
ABC ch. 64 (or 6-1) strength 40 Trans. power 500 kW
(desperately need to boost ABC signal for Super Bowl)

FOX (305kW) nothing
NBC (112 kW) nothing
UPN strength 88

Currently have antenna in attic, will the reception improve alot if put on roof?
