Hello, I recenty got this TV and so far the picture quality and sound seams fine to me. We have just moved and though the TV managed very well the remote has gone off in the removal truck on a great adventure. As usual I cant find any paperwork for the TV either maybe its with the remote. Does anyone know the universal remote control number for the tv? the cable guys been back twice now and cant get the cable universal remote to turn it up just turn it down! So hes pretty sure its almost but not quite right.... Thanks in advance |

The "code number" would depend on the model of the TV, as well as the model of the remote, as the IR codes can vary, even with the same manufacturer of STB.
You need to give us the TV model number and the model number of the STB's remote. If you don't have the remote model number, at least provide us with the make/model of the STB (Set top box - cable box) and we MAY be able to give you some codes to try... Most remotes also have a process to "try all frequencies" if you have the operating manual for the STB remote, you may want to try that procedure. You can also usually download the various manuals from the manufacturer's site.
