Love my set, but need a better remote
I really love my 34WX50, especially PBS OTA HD from SIR-T150 with component video connection.
Just wish the remote control would control the SIR-T150. I was able to get the remote to work with my JVC VCR by the power/action sequential search method, but no luck with the HDTV receiver. One other thing to ask of 34WX50 owners: Do you ever see three diagonal retrace lines? Two of us are seeing this on only one of the five digital stations in the Miami area, and only the two of us. We both have 34WX50 TVs. The other person has tried other HDTV recievers and also sees the problem, so the evidence points to something about the 34WX50 and that particular station. Alan |

The Sony remote is good, but seems a little lacking in the configuration department, I currently own that one. Hop over to http://www.harmanaudio.com/ they have a cool looking remote which has got good reviews from various sources. Also you can configure the unit from your PC has it comes with a serial interface. Finally it is a good buy direct from Harmon, over a ac ouple of hundred dollars cheaper direct.
