Westinghouse 27"

I have a Westinghouse 27" LCD (LTV-27w7) that I bought from Best Buy several months ago. I've been overall pleased with the set - it's my first FP. For the past couple of weeks, however, when I turn the TV on, I get the normal message "HDTV Initializing" and then after a few moments I get a message that says "Autoscan Required". I have to go through the Autoscan procedure and then everything is fine -- until the next time I turn the TV on again. I am strictly using over-the-air to receive HD channels.

Has anyone else had this issue? I didn't buy the extended warranty on this TV because I was already over-budget when I purchased the TV. Should have known better. I haven't checked into the Westinghouse warranty, but seems as if I remember it being only a 3-month warranty.

Thanks -
jason

I am having the same problem

I keep getting "Auto Scan Required" whenever I stop using the TV. I am using HDTV and Satellite TV. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.
