1st Floor Apt Reception Question..

Hey guys..I just bought the Toshiba DST-3000 HDTV receiver. I live in Palm Harbor, FL in an apartment complex on the 1st floor. My patio faces West, Southwest.... The tv stations that broadcast that HDTV signals are in Tampa which is East of me. IS there any way I can pick up these OTA broadcasts using an indoor antennae such as a Terk 50 or a regular UHF loop antennae or possibly with one on the patio? Thanks.
