Angry Online buying experience

I ordered Sony's new LCD RPTV(kf-50we610) on 10/21/03. They (Shopsunshine.com) told me before -hand that my TV was shipping out within 24-72 hours. After 48 hours, they took money out of my credit account. I figured I'd receive my TV about a week from that day. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my TV. I called several times to ask for my order status. Their website has not been updated since I ordered my TV. It's been 21 days and I'm running out of patience. They told me that it usually takes 10-14 days for delivery. I asked for tracking number and the truck company's contact number. They said they don't have one. Does that make sense? I'm furious with them.

I bought this TV from them because it was the cheapest price I could find. Their website is very misleading and they don't have good customer service people.

For those who are shopping for new TV online, DO NOT buy from shopsunshine.com. They're very rude and customer service really suck. I hope I get my TV in One piece.

Did the money come from a bank account or from your credit card? If your credit card, Call them and tell them you are disputing the charges and not pay it. Call Sunshine and cancel the order.
If you read the large print on the websight

You have rights use them. I would also call Clark Howard

My order wasn't in Backorder. They say I should be getting it in couple of days. I waited this long so I'll wait another day or two. As long as I get it by this week. By the way who's Howard Clark?
