What is Best HDTV/DirecTV STB???

I am in the market to replace my Sony SAT-HD100 receiver. I have 1 problem with this receiver that Sony cannot figure out. They have offered to buy back my receiver and I can get a new one.

1) What is the best receiver out now for HDTV & DirecTV?

2) Or should I wait for the next generation products?

I have a Mitsubshi 65" set, Bose surround sound, Terk antenna and 3 LNB Oval Dish.

Thanks,

Hughes E-86 Direct T.V.

Bought a Hughes Platinum HD- E-86 and im verry pleased with the unit. They even threw in a standard reciever in the deal as well. Very convient to have to record shows becouse when the E-86 in in 1080 i HD there is no output on the S-vhs or composite video outs. Changing between local terristal HDTV and sat feeds is seemless. All functions are very fast. The Terristral local tuner is verry good. Unit needs ventalation.
