APEX 65" Widescreen HDTV $1399
I bought this about a month ago at amazon.com. I am thoroughly impressed! We just installed Comcast HD service last week and I love it. Am I the only one with this set? I know, all you Sony and Hitachi HDTV owners will curse it and it's off brand, mass produced quality, but i love it! (And i spent about half of what you did!)

I'm looking at the Apex 55" model at Amazon, $1099 - $100 rebate + $119 shipping. It seems to have positive reviews. How is your working so far?

Well, it's working GREAT! It has an awesome picture.. I'm moving in a few weeks though, need to figure out what I'm gonna do about that! Supposedly you can split it into two pieces, but I'm not sure how... Any ideas?

Here is one- since I just allowed you to double your post count, you could sell it to me!!! I have no idea how these are assembled or come apart. Did you do the Avia or other type of convergence setup on this? Any burn in issues when watching regular TV? |

No burn in issues at all (knock on wood). Play xbox on it alot too. I have yet to get my hands on any setup dvds like avia, but i did do the convergence adjustments via the tv remote. Very easy to do, and only have had to do it once.
