3D Y/C or 3-line Digital comb filter
I am wondering in the spec sheets of all the TV's there is either 3D Y/C digital comb filter or 3-line digital comb filter, what is the difference and what is the best.

It's entirely possible that you're seeking info about something that you just might never use!
A comb filter is used to separate the luminance and the chrominance parts of the video signal, and only comes into play when signals are received through the set's channel tuner or through a "composite video" terminal. When the video is input to the TV set by way of S-video or by component video connections, the comb filter just sits idly by and gathers cobwebs. As to the technical differences between the two you mention, to explain that would require a long winded explanation which most likely be misunderstood anyway. Suffice it to say that the diffs are extremely minor and inconsequential. Not something to base your choice of a TV set to buy upon. Hope this helps you
